What to bring
Bring your own beverages (beer, wine, seltzers, canned or plastic mixed drinks), just NO GLASS or straight hard liquor allowed. You can bring a cooler (with or without ice) if you like, or flat-bottomed cooler bags work as well. Wear comfortable shoes good for biking, and dress in layers for if you get hot or cold. We ride rain or shine!

FAQs
It’s a 16-person pedal-powered bar on wheels, with a certified Pedal Saloon operator in the Captain’s seat. Perfect for pub crawls, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company outings, brewery tours, sightseeing, themed nights out – the possibilities are endless! A minimum of 6 riders is necessary to power the Pedal Saloon.
In the unlikely event that there are not enough riders (6 minimum) for a Mixer Tour, we will get in touch right away to reschedule your trip for the most convenient time or date. If you have a Private Tour and your party no longer has at least 7 riders, give us a call or text at 254-300-8334 and we can help you!
All riders must be 16 and able to reach the pedals. Pedalers under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and their waiver filled out by parent/guardian. Pedalers under 21 must wear a wristband and follow all laws and Pedal Saloon rules.

A little bit of rain makes for a fun “wet and wild” tour! Pedal Saloon runs rain or shine. The only time we will cancel a tour is when a Severe Weather WARNING (e.g., Severe Thunderstorm Warning, Severe Tornado Warning) issued by the National Weather Service is active during your tour time. In this instance, we would be happy to re-arrange your trip to the next convenient time slot or offer you a full refund. Please feel free to call us at 254-300-8334 and we can tell you more!
Absolutely! The Pedal Saloon isn’t just a way to get you from A to B. It is also a great way to see the city while burning some calories in the most fun way possible. Touring the sights, ice cream stops, photo shoot stops, or coffee and pastry touring at 11am – the possibilities are endless! Give us a call or text at 254-300-8334 and we can tell you more!
Our designated Captains have fantastic local knowledge of the best establishments in the area. While we can’t tour outside of our designated Downtown area, it’s quite a big area – rest assured, we can tailor your tour to offer the best possible selection of bars to visit!
You can pedal as much or as little as you’d like! It’s a team effort, so as long as we keep the wheels turning everything will work out great. All things considered, pedaling the Pedal Saloon is a blast and all those burnt calories are an extra bonus – some pedalers choose to pedal the most so they will be “calorie-neutral” even after drinking beverages throughout the tour! But we also have several seats without pedals for those riders who are physically unable to pedal.
The full payment is refundable until 7 days before the time of your tour. Cancellations at least 5 days before a tour may receive full credit for another tour. Cancellations or reschedules less than 5 days prior to a tour will not receive a refund or credit. (Due to our cancellation policy, rescheduling a tour will void the possibility of a future refund).
